Free IT Health Check

Know exactly where your IT stands, in writing

We review your current setup and give you a written summary of what we find — what is running, what is exposed, what is unsupported and what is quietly costing you time. Yours to keep and act on, whether or not you go any further with us.

What the health check covers

What we look at

  • Who can currently reach your business and client information
  • Whether your backups are monitored, and whether anything has ever been restored
  • How accounts are protected, including multi-factor authentication
  • What is running unsupported, unpatched or past its useful life
  • How staff work away from the office, and how those devices are protected
  • What would happen to your operation if a key system went down

What happens after you ask

  • A real conversation first We start by understanding what prompted the call — the thing that broke, the audit coming up, the provider who stopped answering. That tells us far more than a checklist would.
  • A look at what you actually have We go through your current setup: what is running, what is exposed, what is unsupported and what is quietly costing you time. Usually under an hour of yours.
  • A written summary, either way You get a document setting out what we found and what we would prioritise — yours to keep and act on, whether or not you engage us. There is no obligation attached to it.

Would rather just talk it through?

FAQ

Before you ask for one

It is free. The health check and any proposal that follows cost you nothing. If you ask us to do remediation work before an agreement is in place, we will quote that separately and clearly before starting.

Usually under an hour. It helps if someone who knows how things are currently set up can be in the room, and if we can get read access to have a look properly. Everything else we can work out ourselves.

A written document setting out what we found and what we would prioritise. It is yours to keep and act on however you like — including handing it to whoever currently looks after your IT.

That is a legitimate outcome and we will not chase you about it. You keep the summary either way.

Yes, and it is one of the more common reasons people ask. An independent read of what you are running is useful whether it confirms your current arrangement is sound or shows you where to push.
