Fully managed
We take responsibility for the whole environment under one monthly agreement — monitoring, security, backup, support and the planning behind it. You get a team rather than a callout number.
Our Services
Ten services that work as one system. Take the whole stack under a single managed agreement, or start with the part that is causing you the most trouble right now.
How It Works
Most clients end up fully managed, but that is not where everyone starts. There is no requirement to move everything at once.
We take responsibility for the whole environment under one monthly agreement — monitoring, security, backup, support and the planning behind it. You get a team rather than a callout number.
You already have someone internal. We take the parts that are hard to cover alone — after-hours, security, monitoring, escalation — and leave them free to focus on the systems specific to your business.
A migration, an office fitout, a security uplift or a second site. Defined scope, defined price, and an honest answer about whether you need it at all.
Core Services
Each of these can be delivered on its own. They work considerably better together, because most IT problems are not confined to one system.
We take ownership of your technology day to day, so problems get dealt with before they reach your team.
The problem it solves Nobody owns your IT, so problems are only dealt with once they have already cost you a morning.
A real technician your staff can reach, with issues triaged by what is actually stopping people working.
The problem it solves Staff lose hours waiting on someone to call back, and small issues quietly become big ones.
Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive set up with sensible permissions and data that stays protected.
The problem it solves Email, files and permissions have grown organically, and nobody is confident who can see what.
Gmail, Drive and shared calendars administered properly, including migrations in either direction.
The problem it solves Your team runs on Google but nobody administers it, so accounts and sharing have drifted.
Layered protection across devices, email and identity, aligned to the ACSC Essential Eight.
The problem it solves You know you would struggle to answer an insurer or an auditor asking how your data is protected.
Backups that are monitored and test-restored, because one nobody has tested is only an assumption.
The problem it solves You have backups, but nobody has ever tested whether they would actually restore.
Move the workloads that belong in the cloud and leave the rest alone. We will tell you which is which.
The problem it solves Ageing on-site hardware is a risk you keep deferring, and cloud advice so far has been a sales pitch.
Firewalls, switching and wireless designed for the building you are in, not a generic floor plan.
The problem it solves Wi-Fi drops in the places people actually work, and nobody can tell you why.
Fast, secure business websites, hosted and maintained by the same team that looks after your IT.
The problem it solves Your website is slow, dated or unmaintained, and it is the first thing a prospective client sees.
Independent advice on what to invest in, what to retire and what can wait another year.
The problem it solves You are being asked to approve technology spending without independent advice on whether it is needed.
Industries
The services are the same. What changes is the obligations they have to satisfy and the systems they have to work around.
Participant records, rostering and claiming systems kept secure, available and ready for audit scrutiny.
Clinical systems, practice software and patient data handled with the privacy obligations of the sector built in.
Head office and site connectivity, mobile devices and project files that stay in sync across locations.
Why Geeks360
We monitor and maintain your systems continuously, so most problems are dealt with before anyone in your office notices them. Fewer interruptions, less lost productivity.
Backups are configured, monitored and test-restored — because a backup nobody has tested is only an assumption. If something fails, you keep operating.
You deal with the same people each time, in your timezone, who can be on site when a problem cannot be fixed down a wire. No offshore ticket queue.
Issues are triaged by business impact, so the things stopping your team working are picked up first. Response commitments are set out in your service agreement.
Security is built into how we configure everything rather than sold separately later — identity, devices, email and access controls treated as one system.
Decisions are made with your next stage in mind, so adding staff, a second site or a new compliance requirement does not mean starting again.
FAQ
No. Plenty of clients start with one thing — usually security, backup or the helpdesk — and expand once they can see how we work. We will tell you which services would genuinely make a difference to you and which can wait.
In almost all cases, yes. We work with the platforms most Australian businesses already run rather than requiring a migration to something we prefer. Where we do recommend a change, we will explain what problem it solves before quoting anything.
Managed agreements are priced monthly, based on how many users and devices are covered and what level of support you need. Projects are quoted on defined scope. We do not publish a price list because the number would be meaningless without understanding your environment first.
We document what you have, get monitoring and security in place early because that is where the risk sits, then work through the rest on an agreed plan. You will know what is changing and when before it happens.
Our onsite coverage is Sydney-focused, which is deliberate — being able to attend in person matters. Remote support can extend further, and we are happy to discuss whether that would work for your situation.
A no-obligation review of your current setup, with a written summary of what we find — yours to keep and act on, whether or not you go any further with us.
