Different obligations
A clinic, a law firm and a disability provider are each accountable to a different regulator for how they hold information. Generic IT advice does not account for that.
Industries We Support
We support businesses and organisations across Sydney. In nine sectors we have gone deeper, because the obligations are heavier, the systems are specific, and the tolerance for downtime is lower.
Why It Matters
Two businesses can run the same software and need completely different things from their IT partner. What changes is what happens when something goes wrong.
A clinic, a law firm and a disability provider are each accountable to a different regulator for how they hold information. Generic IT advice does not account for that.
Practice management, rostering, claiming, matter management, project software. Supporting a business properly means knowing what its people actually open each morning.
An accounting practice in October and a construction site at handover have very different definitions of a bad time for an outage. Planning should reflect that.
Sectors
Nine sectors where we hold genuine depth. If yours is not listed it does not mean we cannot help — most of what we do transfers, and we will tell you honestly if it does not.
Participant records, rostering and claiming systems kept secure, available and ready for audit scrutiny.
Clinical systems, practice software and patient data handled with the privacy obligations of the sector built in.
Head office and site connectivity, mobile devices and project files that stay in sync across locations.
Staff and student systems, shared devices and filtered access, managed around term dates rather than against them.
We deliver IT work as a subcontractor on government-funded engagements, working to the documentation and security standards those contracts require.
Document-heavy, deadline-driven teams that need email, files and collaboration to be genuinely reliable.
Practice software, client data and the seasonal load of a compliance deadline planned for in advance.
Matter files, client confidentiality and retention obligations supported by controlled access and tested backups.
Agents working between the office, the car and an open home, with CRM and listings always reachable.
Our Approach
Sector knowledge is not a marketing line — it shows up in the specifics. It means we already know which line-of-business application cannot tolerate a particular update, which records have retention obligations attached, and which questions an auditor is likely to ask.
It also means shorter conversations. You should not have to explain your own compliance environment to the people supporting it.

FAQ
Usually, yes. The nine sectors listed are where we have the deepest experience, not the limit of who we support. Most of what makes IT reliable is common across industries — we will be straightforward with you if your situation needs something we are not the right fit for.
We work with the common line-of-business applications in each of these sectors, and we take the time to learn the ones specific to you. Where a vendor holds support responsibility for their own product, we coordinate with them rather than leaving you in the middle.
We can provide the technical evidence an audit typically asks for — access controls, backup and restore records, patching history and documentation. We are not auditors and do not certify compliance, but we make sure the IT side of the answer exists and is current.
Not particularly. Where obligations overlap we design to the stricter of the two, which is usually simpler to run than maintaining separate standards.
